Drawing on a lifelong study of human behavior that began through acting at the age of six, Luca’s career spans dozens of professional performances—including 8 years playing a character on Endemol Shine’s primetime Dutch TV classic, ‘Goede Tijden, Slechte Tijden' ('Good Times, Bad Times’)—as well as acclaimed appearances with International Theatre Amsterdam (ITA), the National Opera and Ballet, and a variety of other television, film, and theatre projects. He synthesizes his multidisciplinary experience across multiple industries to inform his thinking, methods, and frameworks.
Luca Savazzi is known for his distinctive voice and wide range of vocal variations.
A professional voice-over artist and voice actor with his own studio, he delivers expressive, high-quality recordings in Dutch, Italian and English.
A native Dutch speaker with Italian roots, Luca brings clarity, warmth and character to commercials, corporate videos, documentaries, audiobooks, e-learning, animation and more.
My work today sits at the intersection of performance, psychology, leadership, and human behavior.
I discovered my creative side at a young age through acting, working in theatre, film, and television. Acting trained me in presence, listening, emotional awareness, empathy, and what it means to be seen, both comfortably and uncomfortably.
As the founder of Zillion Productions, Luca has spent over 22 years guiding individuals, professionals, teams, and leaders across multiple industries to break through barriers and ignite meaningful change worldwide.
Alongside my creative work, I built and ran businesses, worked with teams and leaders inside organizations, and facilitated sessions around communication, decision-making, and change. Over the years, I’ve worked as a coach, trainer, facilitator, and speaker in both creative and corporate environments.
Rather than treating these paths as separate, I’ve learned to integrate them. The ability to read a room, create psychological safety, ask better questions, and help people move from insight to action is where these worlds meet.
